It is illegal to reproduce any designs, graphics, photography or any other content from this website without express permission of The Grand Union. Violations of copyright will be vigorously pursued.

The Grand Union retains copyright of all items, including custom designs, and reserves the right to use these designs in future themes and layouts. If you are considering a custom order and want exclusivity, please contact us to discuss this option.

As all stationery items are exclusive to The Grand Union, a small copyright credit (©www.thegrandunion.com.au) will be printed in an unobtrusive position on each invitation.

After we have prepared your stationery order you will be sent pdf proofs of your suite. Due to difference in monitor calibrations the colours may appear slightly different onscreen to the printed product - it is best to refer to our printed colour chart or samples for the most accurate representation of printed colours.

It is the clients responsibility to ensure all the text on the proofs are correct. Any errors that are signed off during the proofing process will be reprinted at the clients expense. If you need to make any amendments to your order after seeing proofs, two sets of changes are included in the list price. Further alterations are charged at $30 per round.

Due to our extensive efforts in personalising and designing your stationery we cannot refund the total amount once proofs have been produced.
