Invitations

Each invitation comes with a matching envelope (these are all within Australia Post's standard letter sizing and cost only 60 cents each to post). Also included in the price is the design of your stationery by a professional graphic designer, allowing for 2 rounds of changes should they be required, and printing using the highest quality digital printers.

Samples

Samples are available of each of the designs in our collection for $8 each (including postage). Invitation samples are printed on the standard paper option and come with an RSVP sample on the shimmer card so you can decide which paper you prefer. A printed colour chart is also included so you can be sure how the colours will look when printed.

Timing

It typically takes 2-3 weeks from the date of your order for you to receive your stationery, depending on the time taken for proofing and any necessary amendments. It is safest however to allow 4-5 weeks for this process to ensure you receive your prints with plenty of time for posting them to guests.

Invitations are traditionally sent out to guests approximately one to two months before the date of the wedding, or longer if guests need to travel or arrange accommodation. Please keep this in mind when ordering your invites.

If you find you are running short on time, we can often get your stationery to you within 2 weeks, but please contact us first to make sure this is possible. This may attract a $40 'rush service' charge.

Printing

All our printing is done on the highest quality digital printers available, and as such must be outsourced. These digital press' provide a crisp, flat print with solid colour reproduction, and print fine details sharply on textured and metallic papers.

If you are interested in other printing methods such as letterpress (debossed printing) or verko (raised ink printing), we are happy to help arrange this. Both methods can add significant time and expense to your order though so please contact us first if you are interested in these options.

Postage

All of our stationery is carefully packed and shipped via Registered Post for a flat fee of $15 AUD, and should arrive within 5 working days of being posted.

International postage will take longer, so please contact us before placing your order if you are short on time.

Proofs

Within 2 business days of your order, we will email you a mockup of your entire suite for your review. If you find you have left out an important detail or need to fine-tune your colour choices, let us know and we’ll make the changes within another 2 business days. Two rounds of these changes are included in the price. If you find that you’d like to make further changes this will incur a $30 design fee.
